What is yoga therapy?
Yoga therapy is a self-empowering process in which the patient, with the help of the yoga therapist, implements a personalized and evolving yoga practice, which approaches in a multidimensional way, but also aims to alleviate his/her suffering in a progressive, non-invasive way. -invasive and complementary way.
Beyond Cancer
This 5-day training (for yoga teachers who have completed at least 4 years of training, for yoga therapists and psychologists) offers you insights into how you can safely apply yoga in all its aspects so that you can practice both in 1 on 1 sessions or/and in small group sessions in breast clinics or cancer rehabilitation centers can provide a form of yoga that promotes and/or maintains quality of life and well-being.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the science of “the Knowledge of life” that gives us a holistic approach to healing humanity. In Ayurveda we look for the sources of disease and imbalance. Disruptions in your immune system, stress-related illnesses (such as burnout and depression), cancer, etc. are things that we or our environment are increasingly confronted with. Ayurveda teaches us what we can do about it ourselves, what adjustments we can make in our diet and lifestyle! In other words, you learn to listen to yourself.
